Nice Euro Ens look. August dog days transition into weather everyone likes.

I have a question if we ever get a stretch of cold weather and it last for nearly two years........some places go 15-20 months below normal others 13 out of 15 etc etc, will people get sick of all the cold talk? Will people get sick of hearing about snow constantly........will people get mad when others point out the facts that its cold day after day..........I wonder?:)

I'd like to vote to bring SnowNH back to the board. I feel bad for him. Hes on twitter tweeting to me and scooter all the time...and he definitely misses the board.

If LL can post the same repetitive things without reprimand...snowNH should be allowed back. He was no worse, IMO.

No one I know who posts here would get mad. Then again no one here is as OC as you. LOL

The ensembles again have an overall mild to warm and even humid at times look. I don't really see any cool Canadian air for the next two weeks. Instead, it may be rain and/or onshore flow at times that keeps temps cooler at times.

Do not see any mIdwest heat either. Normal. Tuesday looks awesome COC.

Would be awesome if we flipped to a cold regime though. I would look forward to your daily beatings.

They happen on a daily basis now, phil despises me and lets it be known daily, allsnow comes into quote his posts with lol's and lmao and +1 or +2///........lol if a cold regime does arrive, thats absolutely what I will be talking about, why would I not? To try and say its warm when its cold would be insanity just like trying to say its below normal when its been 18 months of fire.

A cold regime will certainly establish itself at some point, lets just hope when it does its a sw ct winter.

Dude imagine some think we are arguing? I still can not believe what we saw in 2011. The pics we shared were insane. I know it's pretty much an impossible feat to ever see that again but we can try!

When I look back at the pics.....its still hard to believe that I had 3 feet of snow on the ground, snowcover for 50+ days straight, here in the snowless bandlands of new england. It truly was remarkable, I never say never but I have seen two beauties here, 95-96 and 11.......pretty lucky considering.

Packing long pants, sweatshirt or jacket for work tomorrow at near 4K feet.

Windy with highs in the mid 60s though the hourly shows temps hovering upper 50s most of the day. NW wind gusts 30-40mph.

Tuesday morning's ATV ride to the summit might be a bit chilly... good to see the 30s back in the point 'n click forecast up there.

While I think we'll see only 2-4 more 90 degree days at BDL..I think this entire month is going to be humid with moderate to heavy swamp ass. I don;t see any days with dews below 63-65 for at least the next 2-3 weeks in most of SNE..at least south of pike..esp now that we've all had quite a bit of rain

You really don't think with lows forecast in the 50s on Monday night (per BOX and using Woodstock, CT), that either tomorrow afternoon or Tuesday will see dews drop below 63-65F?

I think by late tomorrow afternoon on NW flow you are drier than you seem to think it will be.

No..I think this dry air being forecast in some circles is going to be incorrect. Drier..yes..not in the 50;s for most. Maybe BDL downslopes their way to a 58-59..but in the suburbs and hills where most folks live it will just be normal humid..and then we go back above 70 Thursday thru all of next weekend

Most folks live in the hills? ;) I know what you are saying, just joking with ya.

So essentially you are saying the private weather stations and not those funky ASOS thingys will still be in the 60s? I could see that but if the PWS are like 60-64F then that might as well be 50s at the official sites out from under Aunt Lucy's maple tree next to the sprinkler.

I think from 3-6pm tomorrow afternoon the climate sites in SNE (except maybe BDR, but you don't count that as SNE, haha) have dews in the 50s.

I already know how he'll spin it. He'll post a rain soaked dew sensor's reading and verify 60+ dews.
