There is no question we cool off in the fall relative to normal. September could easily cool off. I don't know and I'd hedge perhaps on the warmer side, but not confident. The point is very simple, all the pretty 500 mb maps saying coc, where is summer blah blah blah are a fail. Its of my opinion that September is the warmest of the year compared to average, at least top 3. Looks like I can now safely put 18 in a row in my siggy.
