Well that is kind of what we were saying earlier this week. Everything ends up north of progs

Not being picky, but sort of right for the wrong reason. We'll have SE winds today which will put a lid on temps somewhat. In any case, the low developing over the Delmarva it appears, may slow the line of storms down across NJ. We'll have to watch CT because you don't want that line of storms to sit in place later on and pivot.

Actually winds will turn more east tonight ahead of an almost secondary warm front, but I think the trough in the Midwest dug so seeply that it forced the primary well west. So Maine will end up getting some of the weather that was possible here, 3-4 days ago.

Leaving us sandwiched in a lighter precip area relative to there and points west.

Had a couple peaks of sun here, but mostly just a losing struggle against the overcast. Had a rumble of thunder earlier. I'm banking on .83" when all is said and done. :)

areas just west of 91 in C/W MA (franklin county?) maybe first zones to go sultan? already getting some S/N oriented downpours.

I think western CT may hoist it soon. I could see something like those echoes down in NJ developing and moving north alonmg with the lone of storms in NY state moving east. I'm wondering if everything briefly slows or stalls in that area..maybe down through NYC and soaks the crap out of them.
