weathafella
My only concern is that the euro op is now the western outlier. I agree with Will in that I think it will be hard for this to come much farther west. In fact, it may tick east at 12z. It was also encouraging to see the ensembles further west as well. How about the Euro 1-2 feet for us? I went to bed sad, I awaken tired and po'd, and now I'm happy. I'm sick.....

We don't need it any farther west. It's perfect right where it is.. Feet of snow..while SE areas have mixing issues it would appear. I can't believe this. I'd bet we see everything else come way way west today. It's Euro wheelhouse time
Damage In Tolland
I have a hard time seeing this trend much eastward...its gonna be hard with the northern stream like it is. Yeah it's not going to trend east after coming so far west

CoastalWx
It looks like it was generated by the PV retrograding west. 06z GFS came back a little west compared to 00z. That, and the shortwave really amplified
weathafella
It's unbefookinbelievable. It's like the Euro waits for all its children to flip around with solutions trying to show daddy how they can do it. Daddy challenges them again and again so they flip around. Then Daddy has their attention and says..."ok kids...this is how its done..."

weathafella
Today's AM routine: 1. Look at 0Z Crazy unc beyond d3 and immediately notice its well west of 12Z but still a miss. 2. Reluctantly look at Euro and run upstairs to evacuate my happy bowels....

moneypitmike
When the Euro makes a huge jump one way or the other it always sets the trend....That's a DT rule..tried and true Hasn't the Euro made three jumps now this week, though? lol I'll be happy if I can eek a few inches out. Given all the bouncing around, maybe we can get something to track even a little closer come game time to push a little more to God's Country. This could be the folks out east (ORH-Cape) time for celebration.

CoastalWx
Well lets prepare ourselves for not getting disappointed. Wait until 12z to be elated. I'm encouraged by the euro, but models are also unstable with handling this pattern.
