Yes, we have tornado warnings, such as flashfloods, snowstorms etc, made both by public and private weatherservices (and the "Public Defense" http://www.protezionecivile.gov.it/jcms/it/allertamento_meteo_idro.wp;jsessionid=BBDF220D2611BCB1735711766DCA0CDE).
