Amped Posted July 10, 2012 Share Posted July 10, 2012 No the Low Level Jet sinks. Surface to 850 windspeeds are too slow. Over the summer LLJ is pretty crappy unless you're along the US Canada border or in a landfalling TC. The sea breeze front could trigger a spout somwhere though but thats always the case.
