Everything seems to be dying out with the loss of sunlight- no surprise. Spotty showers into the overnight hours and some rumbles should do it for the remainder.

As we were heading home early evening from Glen Burnie, we hit those storms. Attimes traffic was pulled over from the ehavy down pours. We saw a nasty ass wreck in the opposite lane, not sure if i was on 83 yet or not, it was near a rest stop.I was in and out of storms the entire way home.

Little cell headed to DCA. Got clipped by it walking home. Still less wet than I would have been with full sweaty sun.

Yeah I got spit on walking to the metro. Main part just west.

We had a 10 min downpour yest afternoon that just added to the misery for the swim meet last night.

This morning is not much better.

don't quite get why no heat advisory today... i guess it'll be borderline but can't recall many days with highs forecast near 100 without one

Lower humidity today?

DESPITE THE HOT CONDITIONS...DEWPOINTS ARE EXPECTED TO MIX DOWN

THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE LOWER 60S. THIS WILL KEEP HEAT INDEX

VALUES FROM REACHING HEADLINE CRITERIA.
