PA could get a nasty line.

still a chance for a few isolated cells around these parts...but that is some awful instability as modeled.

Yeah I agree. There may be a few areas that get

nailed, but looks like PA and down that way that has the best potential.

Yeah, I mean, that's scary wording right there, too bad you are too far north to get in on any of it.

At least we know now that the black bear roaming through Kevin's yard is breathing into his Davis and keeping dews up.

I talked to my neighbor this morning about it.

He said it was a medium sized black bear and it went thru MBY then into his and onto the one next to him where it tore into his bird feeder. The guy with the bird feeder is in his early 80's and I guess he was out in the yard..and he started shooing it away, clapping his hands and stuff. I don't know if they attack humans,, but I sure as hell wouldn't have been doing that.

i was scared i was going to see it this morning on my run..I'd have to hop on it's back and ride it.

They said it was 11:00AM when it came thru. I always thought it was like early morning when they made an appearance

We had a huge one go 10' from my front door on a Sunday afternoon right after I mowed... about 1PM

After an hour or so of overcast skies, the sun is making an appearance again. More blue to the NW than clouds at this point.

Temp at 82 with a virtually unnoticeable movement of the air from the west.

Dewpoint at my home Davis VantageVUE is now up to 76!! Most other home stations along the immediate coast of SE CT and SW RI have dews in the low to mid 70's! Westerly Airport at 10am had a dew of 72 and Groton was 71 so I don't believe these home station dews are too far off.

As a side note... beach conditions have been beyond superb. Very warm waters for early July (low 70's), light to moderate surf with virtually no seaweed - you can clearly see the bottom in neck-deep waters. Seems every day there has been a breeze and I doubt the immediate beaches have made it much past 83 or 84 for highs (before the sea breeze kicks in in earnest). Chamber of Commerce days!
