tombo82685
What a strange storm is Wightstown, Bucks county. Constant lightning and heavy winds, but I can probably count on one hand the numer of rain drops that have fallen here. Did have power surges. With this heat (and not relief from rain) I really hope the power doesn't cut out. But looks like the threat has passed with basically zero rain! UGH! that was just the outflow boundry...the rain is behind it.
Parsley
Sort of got split here to the west and east...still had outflow gusts in the 30-40 mph range. Very little rain here.

hazwoper
Normally I'd agree, tom, but I dee clearing skys to my west. A few more drops just no, but I can see the individual drops on the pavement.

Yeah, had 0.03" total. No even enough to fully dampen the ground under the big trees.
hazwoper
I can see rain off to my immediate west with that redeveloping western portion of the line, I just hope it makes it through here. Fingers crossed.

famartin
48 knots (55 mph) at TTN. Big branch (25-30 feet in length, 8-10" diameter) down near my parents.
hazwoper
Ok, finally picked up some rain, but really for about a minute or two at most, and certainly not heavy. May be a stupid question, but do the high temps have anything to do with evaporation from these storms, or perhaps I just got caught between a spliting storm cell? WXTransplant
Looking like it's breaking up before it reaches us here in Sicklerville. I can do without the high wind, but we need the rain really bad.
hazwoper
Now I see the radar. The storm died right over me (it appeared that way when I was watching the gust front approach). Still, the accuweather radar makes you think we would have at least had some prolonged light rain, but that is not the case.
Maximum lawman
Great CTG, ok wind, not much rain here, just like everyone else.
LVblizzard
Branches down everywhere in my neighborhood, and some power outages. Luckily my block never lost power. Later tonight I'll post some video I took of the lightning.

SouthernNJ
Jackson/Lakehurst area in Ocean county about to get hammered once again. Always great for nasty weather there, with some weak rotation in this storm as well.
iceman56
Now I understand the hesistancy to issue watches this far south. Big bunch of nothing here in NW Chesco. A couple of gusts into the low 30's and a whopping .07" of rain. Didn't even wet the ground under the tulip poplars that are dropping leaves due to dryness. At least it's a pretty pleasant 76 outside while I go water the garden...
