phlwx
not impressed with today's threat...could be a few storms south or southwest of Philly but timing sucks with the front (midday)...and dynamics aren't as ideal here as they are farther south and southwest. phlwx
got a west wind in Philly and the storms in SW PA are moving towards DC and Baltimore. Meh.
dryslotted
got a west wind in Philly and the storms in SW PA are moving towards DC and Baltimore. Meh. The in me is holding out hope that the Phils come from behind win last night (that I had given 0% chance of happening given past performance) means that our luck is going to change today...Still though, this season slight risk of severe weather has largely meant significant risk of cloudy skies... LMolineuxLM1
LEAN Chase Team may have to activate, lol. Even if we don't get anything today, the end of the week should be busy. Day 3 Slight out for the entire area, with a mention on Day 4 also. Yeah bring it on the chase team is on standby gotta work on getting off or out early. fsu_wxgirl
NAM and RAP models don't indicate anything firing up that far east for another 4-6 hours...If you want to travel westward I would head towards Central VA maybe the Baltimore/DC area. There is a small cell moving rapidly towards the southeast across Lancaster County, PA about to enter Southern Chester County, PA right now

SouthernNJ
The storm near Vineland had its energy sapped by the storm near Millville, and it grew quickly into what now is a very dangerous storm heading toward the shore. Ocean City down to Wildwood could get hit hard by this one.
