Why would you want to live somewhere that it even got into the 90's for highs regularly? Lows in the 90's, that's just disgusting. Put me on the side of Denali today and I'd be a happy camper. weathafella
Absolutely perfect day today..stupendous. The only downside is I was working. I did get out aroun Noon for some vitamine D. BOS running nearly +5 so far...probably 4.9 or after today. Given the pattern, it's going to hard for Kevin not to be right.

ski MRG
The forecast here doesn't look anything like a death torch incoming. We'll be more than 1/2 way through July with no excessive heat. A few garden variety warmish days but nothing extreme. I feel fortunate considering the ugliness so many in the nation have been facing.
Mr Torchey
73/49, a high of 75, wow, we're just getting smoked by this heat. Well said, even through your barely below normal June this is still the warmest year in recorded history for every state in new england except Maine which is 117 warmest out of 118. It looks like even normal weather from here on out would still produce the warmest year in massachusetts in recorded history, but July is coming in above normal obvoiusly. Golf date? After June's big bust it would be good for him to get a little confidence back. A few more weeks and we're through the worst of it for another year. HoarfrostHubb
Took the kids in the pool for a bit after dinner. The air was cold when we came out. Also found out the hard way why kids need to wait an hour after eating to swim

Its summer its supposed to be warm, you do realize that 80% of the population hates cold and snow right? Is it ok if I like heat, does that make me a bad person? I stay away from them though I LOVE snow, but as I get older have zero use for brown ground and cold temps, give me snow and lots of it or winters like last year. It isn't supposed to be hot in the Northeast, if you want 95 with dew points in the middle to upper 70's then go to the deep south.Besides when people think if New England they think of skiing in the winter, cool weather, and fall foliage, not extreme heat and humidity. Most on here like snow BTW Tim Tebow is a decent QB He is at the beach all summer there are beaches in the south too, where it is hot all year round. August 15-25th, ten days on the beach, nothing but bocce, bodysurfing, cornhole and brews. Google it and hit image, its part of Pawleys Island where I am from originally. Always a killer seabreeze and very affordable, we have a 5 bedroom on the beach for 1500 that we share with our close friends, its awesome.
