Brian5671
And the GFS has the bulk falling tomorrow morning and early afternoon. then they are not that far off-GFS just has it ending earlier-in and out vs a longer event on the NAM. and looking at radar/satellite over the midwest, seems that the disturbance is moving fairly quickly.... I think GFS is too aggressive going up against that high. It has had precip issues since its upgrade.
Stormlover74
The GFS says the bulk ~1.5" falls between 1am and 1pm tomorrow. The NAM has only .03 having fallen by the time the GFS says its over with most of it falling 12 hours later. then they are not that far off-GFS just has it ending earlier-in and out vs a longer event on the NAM. and looking at radar/satellite over the midwest, seems that the disturbance is moving fairly quickly.... Warlock where are you now? 70s probably 3 consecutive days, even cooler than I thought. man these clouds are getting in the way of a real nice day and they seem to want to cling to NJ/NYC area. First below normal day in the making if we cant get clearing in a hurry, which it may get brghter with some breaks but I cant see any real period of sun today or tomorrow. Where the Sun is out in parts of PA and Mid Atlanitc with temps well into the 80s. Hopefuly we can slavage Saturday..

Stormlover74
Yeah if the sun was out we'd be in the 80s and it would be rather muggy. Looks like most of the shower activity is dying out but one heavier shower moving across I78 could give some areas a brief downpour Today is a very nice, cooler day. I'm 74/64 right now. Southern New England is enjoying a gorgeous day (north of S CT) with 70s and dew points in the 50s.
