winterwarlock
98 for me, heat index of 110. We quit at noon..by far most oppressive day of the season...and looking at the highs for many locations today has surpassed earlier this month for hottest...wait we were assured that we had already passed our hottest of the season and we would just have some occassional low 90s if that the rest of the summer...never count summer out when its only July 4th. Still waiting for those cooler than normal calls for 2nd half of July and average Julys...where is NEExtreme, I guess he and JB are in hiding. We already have 90s returning next week if some of the models are right

Isotherm
Anyone been outside today? Just 20 minutes walking around is pretty brutal. Those who say they enjoy this weather outside of a pool or ocean must be lying. 90-95 is fine but 100 is a whole different ball game.

It doesn't feel that bad to me, but everyone responds differently. Although I will say that this air is nasty, it feels like I'm inhaling warm water.
