if the high temp is prolly around 4pm and 0z temps are 18.5-19c at boston and 17C i'sh at 18z ....seems like 18c 850's would be what to forecast off (given assumption gfs is accurate) do you use earlier 850 temps to forecast highs bc the heating has a lag time?

my guess for highs tomo

would be KFIT 97

KBOS 97

KORH 91

KBED 97

That looks reasonable KASH?

Please. I'm going to walk 18 mid-day. Should be pleasantly warm. You are a fear mongerer.

I know you have a few older hermit(like yourself) friends that live up there. Might be a good idea just to pop in and check on them over the next couple days and make sure they are ok.Sometimes the elderly just get holed up in their homes during these heat waves and bad things can sometimes happen.

Imagine being in the MA with no power, must be brutal. I feel for those elderly folks down there.

75/56, our winds are gusting to 24mph+ , it's a beautiful day here. No high heat, no high humidity, just benign Summer weather. My 80+ year old neighbor down the road could probably still kick the snot out of you. I'm not worried about him. It's the people in southern states like CT that I'm worried about. Perhaps you should just sit in your basement in the dark, or, you could dig a hole in the dirt under the front porch and hunker down until fall. Just think, first frost likely here within about 75 days. Summer is flying by and will be over soon. Poor Warministas.
