ezweather
New warning just issued for Central Bucks County and Montgomery County until 12:30 AM. Pretty impressive tops up to 51,000 foot. Plenty of lightning with these storms. Man, the humidity really jumped tonight. Very oppressive out there. Can't breath out there. Not a breeze to be found. Tatamy
Amazing lightning show in progress here just north of Easton. Most of it is CTC however it is starting to put out some CTG. I am right under the edge of the CB. When looking up at 45 degrees to my west I am seeing a cloud full of lightning at 12 o'clock and the big dipper at 2 o'clock. I do not recall ever seeing anything like that. In any case based upon the way it is tracking on radar the rain will miss me. The lightning is close enough such that at least one CTG strike has hit within 1/2 mile of me in the past 5 minutes.
PAPPG
.20" and thankful. Lots and lots of CC lightning,
stormspotterlive
This could be rather dangerous 1. still a lot of predestination traffic in town. as shown by the outbound I76 Girard cam (at times) Also a ton of volume on the vine street expressway and I76 exiting town knowing theses roads like I do probably will see a few accidents with potential dui's out there. Thunder Road
Dropped 10 degrees and picked up 0.08" in the electronic gauge (No Ray, I still didn't get a CoCoRaHs gauge). Given my low expectations, I'm actually quite impressed. Of course now it blows up once it crosses into Jersey. Typical.
