In the rough and tumble of the real world....people get into arguments all day....the only insults that can seriously take me down are from people I have some measure of respect for...since we've never met (and my evaluation of you can be based only on your body of work here)...the pain from your invective has yet to set in and will likely be delayed ad infinitum... But I will admit, I tend to go easy on the hammer most of the time because I like to think that most of the people in here are smart enough to understand how to keep a constructive discussion going. Earthlight does a great job, but NYC needs 2 more moderators from this region. 2 people that are regular posters and are frequently on this site. Perhaps a meteorologist. But the focus here should be on meteorological/climatological issues and not personal conflicts, and all efforts should be made to avoid needlessly initiating them.
