Nice means alot of different things to alot of different people on here.

Nice to me = 79 and sunny

Nice to Blizzard = F5 approaching sw suffolk

Nice to Trials = poisoning his clients

Nice to Metfan = 55 and rain in July

Nice to Ag3 = a swarm of bluefin tuna headed for W LI sound

Hey - I'm looking to learn about the weather and was hoping someone could recommend some good easy to understand websites...

Please let me know.

Thanks.

I would just google search terms to be honest, thats how alot of info comes up, especially from national weather service.

Good to have another nassau county poster, we are too few!

I so wish I was heading north tomorrow instead of 100 miles south...but noooo had to get a free room at Revel in AC.

I could understand the frustration if this was a winter weather event. But convection? Advice, go light at the bj tables and for food, would suggest the Virginia City Buffet at Bally's - great selection and quality and reasonable prices.

LOL kiss of death for severe weather, mod risk from SPC, and a pinned thread by earthlight. Tomorrow will be a beautiful day.

lol you never cease to amaze me with your humor. the REAL kiss of death will be when tornado watches tommorow go up which the way there talking they will. tommorow ill be saying to myself" no tornado watch, no tornado watch, no tornado watch" lol. when they do issue it i will follow it up with a " F*CK!!!!" and it'll be over haha

or Tony Romo's, LOLZ. What's up man, long time no talk.

LOL Nuttin much man, just waiting on tomorrow. I may end up in your neck of the woods possibly, don't think I'll get into CT though. NE PA/N NJ/S NY, definitely. Hopefully it pans out, all joking aside.

Oh I Know. It just seems like the best storms hit when I'm not home. (Because after all I do control the weather)
