If there's going to be a tornado or a damaging macroburst tomorrow, it's going to be in the tornado alley of our area, which is NE Queens and Western north shore of Nassau County.

3 confirmed tornadoes and a miles wide Macroburst in North Queens, in the past 2 years.

2 tornadoes and a damaging Macroburst in 2010 and then another tornado during Irene.

HAHAHAH, euro says no storms tomorrow and barely any rain. Congrats Springfield MA again, they are the new tornado alley.

Event cancel, I will be revising my tornado forecast accordingly since the euro is never wrong.

Western Mass is kinda a tornado alley. I went to camp in Great Barrington and they were hit with an F4 tornado in 1995 that wiped out the fairgrounds and actually part of our camp, killing three people.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1995_Great_Barrington_tornado

Between 1996 and 2001 we had 3 or 4 tornado warnings where the entire camp had to go below ground, luckily the tornados hit Otis and other points.

Then you have the Springfield tornados.

This area really is a sorta tornado alley in the NE

the valley is a big contributor to that with the berks to the west. It enhances the ability of the storms to begin to rotate.

Hope they are preparing for tomorrow because the euro is never wrong inside of 24 hours.

I actually can't tell if you are joking...Euro has had some big busts this summer already...

Euro has nailed every severe event this summer. Even SPC has abandoned the american models and produces its outlooks solely on the euro now. They will probably back down the risk for our area after seeing the 12z go way north with the best action and leave us sucking sheared off cumulus.

Scott says in the NE forum that Western CT is looking good tomorrow....

He means NW CT north of us. Not SW CT. Euro clearly shows that the complex develops near Binghampton and blows through the hudson valley into NW CT and SW - Central mass before it dies out right before ct blizzs house.

Tomorrow is likely just a windy hot day with a passing shower.
