A big -4 in the middle of the country and -2 to -4 around that (including us) and 0 to -2 for NNE and Florida and parts of the west coast. The tropics are quiet, and even Joe Bastardi is saying they will stay quit for a while, it is never a good sighn when he isn't talking about chive tropical weather LOL. Having lightning strike a tree 100 feet away from me when i was up in the berkshires as a kid taught me my lesson. 100 feet. Whil outside...not sure anyone realizes how damn terrifying that is. We're in a thread discussing convection and severe weather forecasting for the future...not bar mitzvas. There is a thread for General Discussion and a thread for Banter as well.
