well where are all those who called for jackets, damp dreary cloudy rainy days, and upper 30s. Looks like some egg on face for some

You said you wore a jacket prior to the heatwave when it was in the 70s. We are all in the 50s right now. So which jacket did you choose to wear to work this morning?

Yesterday was a -6. Today will also be a -6 to a -8.

Not sure what you expected. Those are pretty impressive negative anomalies for late June.

Strong NW wind and temps in the upper 50's and low 60's under full sunshine is pretty impressive in late June. No matter how you slice it.

I can enjoy this kind of summer....a few days of heat, temporary cool downs with storms, and some good sleeping weather. Anything is better than boring.

Today's amazing - feels like September. 55F low, 61/46 right now.

Thurs-Sat have mid/upper 90s potential though, so enjoy the next couple days.

Potential yes. But right now all models have 88-93 for NYC east before the next trough comes in for July 4th week.

Who called for it to be in the 30's? NO ONE DID.

and guess what, it rained yesterday and it could rain today. So you are wrong there as well.

You should move to Death Vally if you like the heat so much.

I also see Sundog in there screaming "Save the trees, we can't lose anymore!!"

It's ironic how he hates losing trees and the EF1 tornado and then the 125mph Macroburst hit him directly, knocking down hundreds of trees from Flushing to Bayside!

Best severe day ever in NYC and its directly on top of him.
