It gave a perspective of what a hurricane is like though - take the peak of this storm and say you had it for hours on end. And that's only less than a category 1. TradeWinds Posted June 30, 2012 Share Posted June 30, 2012 Driving down Rt 15 in Frederick when it passed through...whatever it was that passed through as we were under 3 different severe thunderstorm warnings. There were huge flashes of green over the sky 3 or 4 times. I'm guessing at least some are without power. Wind gusts here were in the 50 mph range. Just so happy we got the rain!!
