Cold Miser
Humidity reduces the effectiveness of sweating, resulting in an increase in body temperature, and thus an increase in heart rate. (the body cools itself by sweating, and sweat has trouble evaporating when it's really humid.) Whatever the case may be, I feel like I am burning more calories on higher humidity days than lower humidity days.
eekuasepinniW
I've always been a little vague so I'd like state that I like it warm to hot with the steamiest nights possible. Hoping for 3 or more 70+ mins this summer.
