HoarfrostHubb
Dude, lame, very lame. Almost as bad as your taste in sneakers. God, those are some awful looking shoes. Discount bin? Tough to get shade when you're framing a house, frequent breaks aren't productive. When productivity decreases so do profits. All this yammering on and on about a warm day or two. Pffft. Does your crew get an early start/early finish on days like Weds/Thurs? (5AM instead of 6 or something?) Yeah, shade is not always possible, but heat stroke can be very painful to the bottom line. My lab will be awful on Weds. I hope I can get into another room for the day. yech
dendrite
excuse my ignorance ....which has high bias and/or which was higher The NAM is probably a good 1C too high on the 850s for Wed so I'd probably subtract 2F from the MET numbers right off the bat since they're so high to begin with. Maybe take a blend of that and the current MAV numbers that keep creeping up slowly? That pretty much puts the typical torch stations around 17C above the progged 850 temps. 95 vs 98 vs 101...it's all hot.

Most of the guys are pretty tough and work whether it's -20 or 95 (fairly rare). I have the biggest problem with the young guys. They seem to whine when the going gets rough. They only last if they toughen up otherwise its back home to Mama. There's a lake on the property so if it's really hot a lunch time swim can cool you off. If anyone succumbs to heat stroke we have several excavators so we can plant them pretty deep.
