While the pattern could support it, you gotta make sure we have clear skies, right direction, and warm enough temps in the boundary layer to support it. THE HOTTEST DAYS APPEAR TO BE WED AND THU WHEN BOTH THE GFS AND THE EC/ECENS AND GEFS ADVECT +20C AIRMASS AT 850 MB INTO NEW ENGLAND. THE HIER RES EC AND GFS OFFER +21C 850 AIR OVER THE REGION! THUS LOW TO MODERATE PROBABILITY OF MU90S ACROSS PARTS OF THE AREA. IN ADDITION IT WILL BECOME HUMID WITH DEW PTS IN THE U60S TO L70S WED AND THU. MEANWHILE THE GFS/GEFS AND EVEN THE ECENS ARE SLOWER THAN THE OP EC WITH A FRONTAL PASSAGE LATE FRI/EARLY SAT. Damage In Tolland Posted June 16, 2012 Share Posted June 16, 2012 Looking forward to those hot summer nights...the air is still ...dews are in the low-mid 70's..all you hear is the hum of a/c thruout the land..lightning bugs flashing in the sultry night air....fans blasting/ those with long hair and no a/c with hair up in buns and tied back with double or triple pony-o's,,cold cloths dabbing foreheads, sheets stuck to bodies as they toss and turn in the uncomfortable funk..leather couches just drenched with azz imprints as folks are too hot to move/get up and when they do..the chairs and couches get up with them...rolls of Tp being used in one sitting..as it keeps getting balled up and stuck...mornings that dawn hazy/smoggy and sultry..with lows only in the mid-upper 70's...this is what summer is all about Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
