Here are some small cell phone files that I took of the back end of the storm from Boordy Vineyards just north of Baltimore this evening. I wish I had better equipment with me because it was one of the brightest and longest duration rainbows I've ever seen. Sorry that the pictures are so small.

Nice!!

I don't know about anyone else, but I will gladly sacrifice a nice summer if it means and cold, snowy winter.

As long as the cold and snow comes later in December and not the middle of it. I am good to go.

Next "interesting" weather looks to be next Tuesday/Wednesday.

tuesday looks like it has some potential .. maybe better further north. storm odds up at least.

I am down in SW Va this week at Smith Mountain Lake, the first lines of rain have already started here. Looks like 24-36 hours of steady to heavy rain down this way. Since I am in a house on the lake with a canopy of trees, I am looking forward to hearing the rain fall.

Boy, I envy you. That is a beautiful place. Got married there last October overlooking the lake. Can't wait to go back.

I should have stayed out in the Plains... aside from that one day when I was gone the boring weather streak continues. Bored, bored, bored, bored, bored.

At least it looks like we'll have some pleasant temps starting tomorrow through the weekend. Keep that AC bill nice and low.

tomorrow looks a little too messy to be super interesting but there's still potential if we don't get too much crap early. either way it looks damp and thundery.
