I don't think they got a full view of it, terrain is hindering them currently.

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FOR NORTHEASTERN EL PASO

COUNTY UNTIL 730 PM MDT...

AT 659 PM MDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A TORNADO. THIS

TORNADO WAS LOCATED 7 MILES NORTH OF RAMAH...OR 28 MILES WEST OF

LIMON...MOVING SOUTH AT 20 MPH. THE TORNADO WAS REPORTED NORTHWEST

OF SIMLA...DUE NORTH OF RAMAH...AND TO THE WEST OF COUNTY ROAD 125.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...

RAMAH AND CALHAN.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

TO REPEAT...A TORNADO IS ON THE GROUND. TAKE COVER NOW. MOVE TO AN

INTERIOR ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR OF A STURDY BUILDING. AVOID

WINDOWS. IF IN A MOBILE HOME...A VEHICLE OR OUTDOORS...MOVE TO THE

CLOSEST SUBSTANTIAL SHELTER AND PROTECT YOURSELF FROM FLYING DEBRIS.

HEAVY RAINFALL MAY HIDE THIS TORNADO. DO NOT WAIT TO SEE OR HEAR THE

TORNADO. TAKE COVER NOW.

Oh my god at Phelps' cam...jesus. Incredible structure...probably some of the best I have ever seen.

Is that StormScapeLIVE.com on the iMap tracker? Just got home from dinner and have some catching up to do, apparently...

EDIT: OMFG, got my answer just now when they turned the cam.
