mappy
Balt City may catch a big break, rotation is looking pretty sloppy at all tilts. Reflectivity makes the storm look very impressive though wow. I'm keeping an eye on it - rotation may pick up as it comes out of the city

jnis
Some quick obs from Damascus: saw some pretty serious flash flooding on some back roads just outside of town. My power is out and I have a lot of large limbs down in my yard just north of town. As i was supervising students during dismissal (3:00ish) we watched a rotating/ lifting cloud pass by followed by heavy rain with 40 mph winds. mattmfm
Fairly strong outflow from that storm, getting gusts to 40mph or so in AdMo
TalcottWx
I'm keeping an eye on it - rotation may pick up as it comes out of the city I would put my money on it. Storms have been doing it consistently this afternoon the further north they go.

Avdave
Yea the idiots on WBAL said they were closing the airports, then I went to the FAA site and saw it was just a ground stop for flights to those airports. Now I feel like BB. Media always seem to relay the information the wrong way. dont worry about it, its no big deal its just that they wouldnt shut down all 3 airports for this, LOL http://www.fly.faa.g...lyfaa/nemap.jsp yo bro, like I said, ground stops
