Cary
When I was coming back to LBI just over an hour or so ago, there was quite a bit of flooding, and it is STILL stormy here as I type this.

SouthernNJ
Philly getting rocked right now. Hopefully everyone is smart and heads inside. Already an injury from lightning in Monmouth county today. The shore, especially in Ocean county was blitzed by several thunderstorms. In addition to the already-mentioned flash flooding, golf ball size hail fell in Manahawkin. snowlurker
I'm in Middletown, DE and it looks way nasty to my NW with constant low rumbles. I think I'm in for the best t-storm in a year for these parts.
SouthernNJ
For chasing purposes, the storm with a few supercell characteristics in central New Castle county would likely be the best. Also, not nearly as much obstruction from trees and buildings.

stormspotterlive
About 0.75 of rain so far here in Northeast Philadelphia with what appears to be a band of outflow rains forming with the actual front could be in for an hour or 2 of moderate rain with it. Lets see how it unfolds.

SouthernNJ
Salem city will be the place to be in the next ten minutes. Radar suggests this storm has a good visual structure to it. For folks not chasing, it would be a wise decision to get out of the way.

snowlurker
Looks like Bear and Middletown DE will get hit by the back portion of the storm that is presenting pretty well in radar.
stormspotterlive
Looks to me per latest msescosale data and radar the front has now stalled out and the outflow rain are now forming a heavy band. Most models had it slowing or stalling near or off the coast not Harrisburg area. Defiantly a wild card now for rainfall. Also interesting to Note high Pw values are stalled along the front stretching back as far west as Lancaster/ Harrisburg. up and down the Eastern seaboard.
