I calculated that this has been the driest June in at least 10 years here. The average June rainfall in the last 10 years has been 4.73" (wettest month of the year), only 0.40" here for the month. +3.7° for the month. I searched with a tracking dog and handler and got to use a thermal imaging camera. Hiked a couple of miles through woods and fields. Two good things about it. We found the kid and it is a beautiful, moonlit night. I love summer nights like this. Now I have get some rest in case we get round 2 of severe tomorrow. Parameters are pointing toward it happening.
