Starting to get nasty here. Lots of big Oak trees in this neighborhood. I'll be shocked if I have power in 3 hours.

So, is this thing gonna become a 'cane? It would be awesome, just for the sheer novelty of a hurricane landfall in the JAX/St. Augustine region.

Radar is looking better and better with returns getting closer to closing off around the center. Time will tell, might be a close call though!

No doubt. Curiously those cooler SST's right off the coast haven't seemed to slow her down.
