That tail end storm is heading into a primed environment as it heads towards OKC.

Evan Anderson said it's high based but is lowering and has midlevel rotation.

Looks like Team Ian is between the last storm NW of OKC and the one above that.

Makes sense...heading into a locally low LCL enviro per SPC meso. MLCAPE is maxed out at 4000+, low level ESRH maxed out around 200 m2/s2. Has clear skies ahead of it. Nothing to write home about in terms of the low level hodos...I would think some impressive structure will develop with that storm.Tors still seem like a low probability. Awesome storm motions for chasing purposes.

today is not our best play thus far.. got on first svr warning but havent seen much else of note. not going to core punch so driving around back side of cell.. should hit it by okc. ;)
