stormspotterlive
Getting some rain now. Looks like the radar is filling in a bit? Looks like it is trying to south and east of I95 lets see what happens. On a side note the RPM model which I have found very accurate and I know many mets tend to like has a QPF bomb coming up the coast looks like a full blown nor'easter on it to me. it gets continuous data and updates every 3 hours. so the loop in the link will change every 3 hours but most of the time is fairly consistent with what it has. http://www.chicagoweathercenter.com/maps/rpm/
stormspotterlive
Radar really starting to fill in along and southeast of I95 at this hour. Rainning pretty good here in Northeast Philadelphia.

tombo82685
pretty interesting model battle going on. The hourly short range models all indicate rd 2 to drop .5-1.75 of rain on the i95 corridor, the hrrr, rap. while the euro, srefs and the globals say this is a ..1-.25 event. Though looking at the 15z srefs, they are totally missing the blob of hvy precip in sw va. We shall see what pans out. hrrr rap
stormspotterlive
Agree on the model battle there tom KDOX radar really starting to get interesting last half hour noting significant increases in radar echos and intensities starting to fill in rather quickly to the south and west of us right now. Lets see what this leads to.

stormspotterlive
Heavy rain here now in Northeast Philadelphia. according to radar looks like the rain should be over between 4 and 5am. Also looks like another moderate to near heavy band breaking out just to the south southwest in north Delaware.
