I agree with Timmer actually...going to be a good environment...and that was actually the region I envisioned earlier when I talked about stuff clearing out. Well it cleared out...and the low level SRH should ramp up significantly later this afternoon/early evening as the PV ejects and the surface low tightens.

That southern most cell in MX will be the best shot it seems...entering a cleared area and will possibly interact with that outflow boundary to its N across west TX.

One of the Mexico supercells threw off a right-split, and it strengthened

quickly. Another one formed to its south, but is moving NNE. They appear

to be on a collision course as they approach the border somewhere

between Eagle Pass and Laredo.

That's the activity we are chasing. Not many road options. We are currently on 277 driving east from Eagle Pass.

Not clear to me how the 2 cells will interact when they collide, but we shall see...

see more hope in the long range last few runs of gfs/euro

tho something tells me this whole crap period won't end up the total disaster it appeared. this event today sorta ramped up under 24 hrs.
