Ice Warrior commander
This is torture for me.. this time of year. Time to do up my snow totals. The board helps me psychologically. However, I feel like Floyd Comfortably Numb. This must have Tip sniffing the tailpipe. I hope he chooses life. 61F OVC BINOVC
ctsnowstorm628
If anything, it looks like there should be some nice weather tomorrow and Monday...maybe it can get everyone out of the doldrums of SNE Spring. I bet someone, somewhere from BDL up through EEN may see 68 or 70F tomorrow.

Great posts from snowman21... backs his statements up with data If we could merge the snowman21 data set with the KFS global model, we would be in business. Alas....the KFS is broken
NECT
Me too. And those of us in SNE proper saw just about nothing like that this winter. I'm going to get my realtors license so I can sell everyone some land up in GC...then we can all be neighbors and properly enjoy winter. The ony question is whether we'll allow folks from the mid-atlantic to join.

Clinch Leatherwood
Wow, this is sad. No Blizz, LL and Ginx at each other, Will has gone into seclusion, Jerry on the run to busy to post. All we have now is TT shaking his fist at the sheet drizzle sure the Fates have woven this cruel tapestry just for him. It will all be ok whenUllr returns. Will's a very optimistic guy when it comes to snow. He really had a lot of hope right to the end and this winter was just brutal. I'm sure he needs a break, but he'll regroup I'm betting. Short of a comet hitting during winter next year it cannot get much worse.

EastBayWx
Had perhaps 3 minutes of dull sunshine since last Weekend. Hoping to actually break 60F tomorrow w/ at least partial sunshine. Calm winds, fog, and constant drizzle is starting to get old after the tease of April weather.

mattb65
The sun poked out just as it was about to start setting. Shortly after the low clouds and fog rolled right back in. Pretty murky out there right now... hoping to see a lot more sun tomorrow.
weatherwiz
This is just pathetic, absolutely pathetic. We always get screwed over by clouds...all the fooking time. When it comes to auroras, big moon's, meteor showers, thunderstorms, the stupid POS, no good, garbage clouds will always, always screw us over. The past 7 months have been the most boring of my life, weather wise. Just truly boring...just nothing to look at, nothing to watch for, just absolutely nothing. It's been so boring I almost feel a "loss of interest" b/c even when there is the chance of something...like rain or even chance for extreme temps I don't find myself paying all that close attention to the models and such. We need something big...something major...perhaps we can get a massive severe wx outbreak at the end of the month of early June....that's what we need. If we have to go through the entire summer w/o something fun to track and have to wait until the winter...I don't even know what to say.
Clinch Leatherwood
Will hasn't posted or been on the board since April 26.... wow...must be super busy Good for him, the guy loves snow and it was a tough winter. He probably needs the break. He's a tremendous asset to all of us...think about how many times he's posted information at 2am that many of sneak peaks at on our phones in the wee hours...EURO etc. Hopefully he comes back ready to rock for Winter 2012
ski MRG
It was really a rhetorical question. Perhaps you'll sell your house to the Rev when you move to AK? Blizz would get scared here at night as there are no street lights. Actually he'd probably be scared during the day as well, the bears are rather bold. Clinch Leatherwood
It was tough for many of us. This winter really stung. Yeah, Pete and I kind of goal posted most of the region. I got hosed on the trick or treat storm but I bet we hit climo here due to nickel and dime OES and a few good storms. Winter still stunk though, snow was gone as fast as it fell.
