LOL..ok..The ones I;ve seen in that thread are pale yellow , full of weeds..Mine looks like Augusta

My 7-year old just looked over my shoulder at your lawn pictures and said "wow, that's impressive".

I did shield her from the ones that showed the unfortunatley dead brown edges along the lawn/road border. I bet Joe can help you with that. :)

You know what happened there and it happens once or twice during the summer when it gets dry is I mowed during the hot, dry spell in the middle of the day one time..and the tractor wheels burn it right along the curb. It's getting much better already though. It has something to do with mowing in the hot sun and the heat from the curb interacting with the wheel of the tractor riding over the grass

I'm just busting on you--it looks great. Can't wait to see it when your leaves are out.

This evening around 5pm the White Mountains were sure looking "white" off in the distance. MWN is on the left.

Today's "leaf out" picture...

Cold, wind blown powder in the last days of April.

Three really nice shots--enjoy the last vestiges of winter. Before you know it, you'll be posting pics of the first fall flakes.

It's fair to say that said pictures have been bestowed the MRG Seal of Approval.

Man first half of May is torch cancelled big time..maybe even whole month. Should be nice normal weather hopefully. Both cold and rainy intermittent with mild spells.

Yeah...looks wretched. Certainly no days and days of 70s next week. Maybe we can squeak a nice day or 2 out of Fri or Sat. That's a pretty strong trough over us in the extended from the EC ens.

 The next 10-14 days look very dry..with a few showers Tuesday. Other than that normal to slightly above with the drought worsening. Maybe it gets wet after that ...but seeing how all the long range forecasts for wet have busted I doubt it

You're right, the 3+" of rain certainly parched everything.

Monday looks great..maybe Friday if clouds and crap don't contaminate it. Otherwise, probably seasonable week to a little above inland. Seasonable in May means both rain on some days and warmer in other days...you know that. It doesn't seem that dry to me at all.

The main point was I don't see any wet, cold days/periods at all..Mostly dry with scattered showers during fropas
