CoastalWx
So I've also been on this folk kick lately. Mumford and Sons are great, but these guys are from Iceland. I saw them live at the House of Blues and they rocked. I appreciate a band that plays multiple instruments and sounds good...despite me not knowing how to play a thing. They are on the radio now. powderfreak
Someone want to explain to me the difference between a Freeze Warning and a Hard Freeze Warning? ALY ussued a freeze warning and BUF issued a hard freeze warning. Both statements say they are issued when freezing temperatures are imminent. And the NWS doesn't want to confuse people...haha
weathafella
It took till 4/27 but BOS finally recorded a negative departure in April. It looks below normal today and tomorrow but Monday afternoon may bring some sneaky warmth to negate a relatively low launching pad. Should it transpire as I see it, that will mean 28 of 30 days AOA normal for the biggest climo site for April. Here's something to make Kevin jealous: I'm heading to Phoenix 5/15. You mean most important or one with the longest period of record? I'd wager that BDL or somewhere inland would be the best at representing SNE instead of some airstrip 100 yards from the ocean. But as long as we're discussing it..,,none of the big 4 had less than 18 of 27 days AOA normal.
