What is so hard to understand, the south coast leafs out last as cool winds off the cold waters keep that area much cooler than inland, down here north of the merrit is near 85-100% leafout, here at the beach its much less, this is not rocket science folks.

Awesome salesman, rocket science, not so much.

Just took this pic, dogwoods in bloom, some maples close like the norway variety, others not even close. Mother nature always balances herself out in the end, besides its almost impossible to alter LEAF OUT not talking flowering fruit trees or dogwoods or ornamentals but TREES. Trees are driven by light not a 5 day torch. Time to libate.

More light and close up needed.

Pics? I have been to Mass and all of Mass has full leaf out, well I went from Auburn to Palmer, ha.

My hood practically looks like June..lol. Just saying some areas aren't all the way there.

I'll say one thing...never in my life have I seen oak leaves about 50% fully out like they are now..give or take. This is 2-3 weeks early.

Love spring snows... green leaves with a white background. Nice wintry day up here.

Below freezing and snowing, 31F at 800ft, 27F at 1,500ft, and 19F at 4,000ft currently. Left the ski area parking lot and the temps were in the 20s with strong winds, falling, blowing and drifting snow.

I love when this sign is showing Winter Weather Advisory or Notch Closed Due to Snow. This is from 800ft around 9am this morning just after it changed to snow.

Today really showed you what sun and downslope can do. Having CAA come in from the NW and sun with downslope winds really warms the low elevations. Clouds and CAA along with being higher up and deeper into the cold causes differences of over 20F just in 100 miles or so. Albany was colder than ORH which tells you something. Give me CAA from the N-NNW any day...that's when we can compete with the high spots. But, cold this time of year is horrible. 2 months ago..maybe I would have been disappointed.

Cold, psh. I was outside from 10am-6pm at six flags and it was fine. It was cool in the wind (never got above 50-52)...but it was fine. Just wear a sweat shirt and its not a big deal. And about leaf out...going west on I90 it was maybe 80% leafed out...but they weren't very developed. It was weird, as soon as you got off the high way it looked like the trees were much further along.

38/20. Cool.

You were in agawam right? Seems like downtown Springfield is further along considerably than suburbs like enfield ct, agawam, etc. Hartford was closer to 100% especially downtown.

Had my first Sam's Summer tonight

SOO good, my girlfriend will even drink it and she hates beer haha. They really did a good job with that, if I wasn't so broke I would buy a 12 of the summer variety pack, but this far along in the school year I think I literally have like $7 as I spent my last money today on BCAAs and protein lol.
