Fantom X
On 4/23/86, the rain had changed to snow around 11am (i was living in New Hyde Park at the time). Came down heavy for several hours with BIG flakes. I was in 6th grade and thought it would be nice if school let out early. However, i was disappointed when none of the snow would accumulate!
