Bradford Airport gets croaked

There are some people that live there, mostly members. JamieOber lives NW of State College. Mallow lives at PSU. I think there may be a met or two near Pit?

Yes Ginx likes Pina Coladas

And filling sand bags

He's not much into light rain

He likes to see heavy rain

Like he's got half a brain

Just give him heavy rains

He'll drink them like champagne

He's too old for yoga

He's not too old too see things wash away

He likes making love at midnight

To the sounds of heavy rain

Yes Ginxy stuff those sandbaggies

And let your spotlight shine

Cause Ginx likes Pina Cioladas

And he likes heavy rain

How long did it take you? That's fooking nuts. 20 miles. I don't even like to drive 20 miles.

Yeah that's like from where I am east of the Greens to the Lake Champlain waterfront as the crow flies...you can hit like three different climate zones in 20 miles haha.

When I ran the half marathon in Lake Placid last June, that was more than enough at 13 miles...20-26 miles no thanks.

When you're running 20 lonely miles early in the morning..and that song comes on your i-pod..crazy thoughts start running thru your head

LOL I know I do that with almost every song I listen to, whats really really scary is that song is on your iPOD. Is Dre before or after it?

So based on that i think I can break 3:40 in BTV next month..it's flat except for a 3 mile stretch in the middle.

Nothing like the ridiculous hills I train on around here

Nice. You'll def do well then if it's flat.

Most people don't remember The DOC..Impressive

I have one for you..

Gangster of Love..Geto Boys.

I'd post it , but the lyrics are so filthy even I will refrain

I don't know Geto Boys all that well except for a few songs. I have a few one hit wonders that I like. Remember this from '95? I loved this beat.

Thanks dude.

Nah..I've levelled off right around 160..I lost about 20-25 lbs and that's where I've been the last 6-8 mths.

In all honesty, that's pretty cool. We joke, but that's great you can run like that and have the endurance since you're 50.
