Dews will probably in the 50s for the most part.

And up here in downslopeville (Merr Vly) we'll probably mix dews of near 50F down in the afternoon. MOS even has 40s for CON/MHT. The dews may actually make it "feel" more comfortable than the actual temp.

Yeah I can see that. Should be great mixing tomorrow.

I sweat like a beast when I run. I think it's why my leg cramped after mile 20 in Hartford last Oct. and it was on the 50's and windy that day. Gotta take salt tablets

You need to drink water until you think you'll puke the night before. I learned tyhis years ago when I would start to cramp at the end of the day bump skiing. Tons of water, no cramps.

Tons of water and Hammer Nutrition Endurolytes get me through 4hr road bike rides in mid-summer heat.

I haven't used that. Probably should give it a try sometime. I'm just a water monster. The 24 hrs before a big day I pound the water and of course throughout the activity of choice.

Its a fine line in marathons though. You def don't want to overhydrate because of stomach cramps which can be brutal and nausea. Also can't be under hydrated obviously. I've found that drinking some Gatorade/water at every station is adequate. I also take the Gu gels which replace your lost glycogen and prevent you from hitting the wall at mile 20. I'm just hopeful the leg cramps don't occur again in BTV in May and HFD again in Oct

Not that I would know, but my distance running friends use these

Gotta use them. An absolute must. Only prob is they make you have to drop kids off at the pool

Haha, My ex-wife had the same problem with GU. Never bothers me. I love the Jet Blackberry flavor the best.

I also use Crank Sports e-Gel. They have some great flavors and price per 100 grams is always cheaper than GU.

Back to weather related stuff....slightly over performing temperature wise here. Currently 70.

Wow really nice 850s being modeled for monday. 15-18c? Damn. 90 in interior SNE with 80s north and 70s south coast seems like a good bet.

I really do think BOS may hit 90. Winds progged from the wsw are almost perfect for Boston

In their morning AFD, GYX noted one model (forget which) as having CON at 91 Monday, while RKD is 53, obviously with wind off the water.

40F+ spread between temps and dews over most of Maine/NH at present, west winds gusting near 30. Hope the yard cleanup work doesn't include burning today.

Yeah the GFS mex had 91 at CON I believe. Yeah northern Maine may be in the 60s while con is 90-93 lol

Dude give up on the cutoffs . We haven't had one all spring

I never said I bought it...I never have bought any of these..just saying what is shown now. Eventually the jet lifts further and further north into Canada so the environment becomes better for these things from a climo point of view.
