phlwx
Thanks for the info. Sounds more like a stalled backdoor front. There was no "backdoor" to this front though. The front went through yesterday from the west to east as a cool front. It's merely stalled to our south with a warm front trying to move back north...but the high is holding it in place. Parsley
Bottom line, it sucked today. Tomorrow will be a battle (especially for the Jersey folks) and Friday will hopefully be a win for all.

PAPPG
I like the near zero heating/cooling days as it saves on the bill. This stuff is also kind to plants/trees where it was dry for a time. Winds SE @

SmokeEater
Gotta love how Pitt is almost 80. I'm actually not complaining, at least it's up to 60 here. With the humidity so high, if it was 80 plus, it'd be nasty out.

Better than the 54 we had at this time yesterday...and this time of year - I prefer it to 80's with humidity. Now, once we get into June...I'll take the 80's with humidity over 61 degrees. Eskimo Joe
Oh yea, I agree about June. Just too early for the muggies, lol. Out of the regional discussion in know, but we broke out just west of Baltimore 2hrs. ago and it feels like July. Hot!
greg ralls
68 here in King of Prussia - feels nice! By the way, how does Wunderground make their forecasts? Their forecast for tomorrow here in KoP seems insane: Friday Partly cloudy with a chance of a thunderstorm and a chance of rain in the morning, then mostly cloudy with a chance of a thunderstorm and a chance of rain. High of 95F. Winds from the SW at 5 to 10 mph. Chance of rain 40%.
Lady Di
95 seems insane. From what I read this morning and with all these clouds, fog later on, one has to wonder how we would ever get to that number before the next front comes in tomorrow.
greg ralls
Yeah, if Wunderground is right and is 95 here at work tomorrow, I would be utterly shocked.
johnc
Looks like NWS bumped up temps a bit too... now forecast for 88 here -- but that may be just to compensate for the Angelo's oven heat island effect for Tony's Friday pizza. But 95 seems a bit too aggressive. lol.
