Voyager
What's Tamaqua's elevation? I didn't think you got 90s all that often. Not as many as Allentown, but we do get our fair share. ray i believe the city is around 800 ft, but the outskirts go up over 1000 100% correct Tom. dryslotted
The HRRR brings some scattered showers/t-storms through the area in the 4-6PM range...6z NAM sim radar showed something similar in that time frame as well...

Wow, how did my wife not know about that?!?!? She watches Food Network for probably 3 hours per day on average. I'm partial to the Wegman's in Collegeville since that was the first one with which I got familiar.

NaoPos
I'm good guys. I got off at 7am this morning. 4 guys injured total, 3 transported to the hospital. 2 have been released. 1 still at t HUP for the evening for obs. Happened after the fire, a large section of 10'x10' if plaster and chicken wire ceiling fell on them. Prob weighed about 500lbs. They're sore, but are well. I work side by side with these guys and it's an eye opener and reality check that $hit like this is part of the job. Thanks again for the concern. ChescoWx
High so far today here in NW Chesco has been 85.6 - this ties for the highest temp recorded here this year - matching the mark set in Mid April. Have a feeling if we don't see a 90+ during the next couple weeks may be hard pressed to see one come July/August with a cooler than normal rest of summer looking like a possibility. Currently at my place in Sea Isle City just 77.5 with a nice sea breeze

It's making a bit of a right turn now and heading SE now that it passed by the seabreeze...probably will pass over Lakehurst and perhaps go offshore at LBI.
