Heck it easily could be a drier than normal year, but we'll get some rain eventually. We've had some wet years as of late.

NorthShoreWx
I turned the irrigation system on yesterday. I think I waited too long. I usually don't turn it on before May or June. Fires are burning right in OKX's backyard: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QP8l2o12M_g Fire is in the DNA of the pine barrens forest. Constant supression makes the fires that do get out of hand even worse.

Eh. Not as great of a setup as this system. And climo is slowly working against us even up here. Highs in the valleys next week after the ridge will still be in the mid 50s will 40s at higher elevations. Hope it can get its act together but civilization is getting miserable wx here in the valley with drizzle and temps around 40F lol

The freezing level last night was near 1700 ft last night which was expected. Areas above 2k got slammed in the spine. Qpf differences are amazing. 2.5+" at Mansfield and only 0.18" over this way.
