7 months of continual felling/cutting/splitting/stacking. I'll have my shawls ready.

Condolences on your 'hawks.

Thanks, Mike. They were supposed to have a down year this year ... no shame in losing to a team whose starting five is heading to the League next year. Rock chalk!

Hey Eric, fire up the SS signal. It's been dry and maybe it works as a reverse jinx. Plus, I need that pic again..lol.

Sure thing, but it'll have to wait until tomorrow. Anything to break this spell. "Reverse jinx"

Record high of 69 yesterday, should top out around 60 today, another substantial mega torch inbound mid month, the signal is becoming strong my friends!

Speaking of which, Hello Friends...........the Masters has begun, as Jack, Arny, and Gary send the first drives bounding down the hills of Augusta national, a tradition like no other, elegance and class earmarks of the South. The Southland brings us a national treasure this week and only minutes from where I was born in Greenwood South Carolina. Inspiration to see one of my heroes Mr Nicklaus, and comforting to know that I will be back home in only days.

Dress warm and stay thirsty

What's better than the Master's is MLB Opening Day with clear, dry conditions. Grab me a beer please.

This winter should be euthanized and put out of its misery.

I think that happened around St. Paddy's Day...except for a few places

I did notice my deck rail had a few weenie flakes on it once I got enough light to see (around 6:30AM). So it must have come down overnight...2 straight days of "T"...

Yawn

I would hope summer waits until late June or so. I would prefer 50s vs 80s before then

Picked up a half-inch of snow last night. Light snow falling as I type, even.

The ground is white for the time being. Could really use a good soaker though.

Nothing down in Stowe village from the web cam look, but up at 1,500ft its white again.

Still periods of light snow and flurries rolling down the Spine.
