The first time, the building burned completely down lost the all the property, permit and tax records. Whomever wants to see lightning, this is the place to be. This storm was not severe but you may have a hard time convincing the municipal officials This was on 69 news... WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. - "Lightning hit the Whitehall Township municipal building Wednesday afternoon, city officials said. An afternoon thunderstorm produced several strikes that hit township buildings at 3219 MacArthur Road and a propane tank at the public works building, catching the underground tank on fire.
