How much foliage do you have? Going down 91 I was actually disappointed with the foliage considering temps. At least in the HFD area, 1-3" with 3-5" in the hills would not be too detrimental.

I'm not sure what Kev is talking about. Unless he lives on some 1000 foot tropical isle, there is not much foliage in these parts. Barely some buds on trees, with the exception of that crappy yellow bush that blooms early, last for 2 weeks and then looks like crap the rest of the year.

High terrain folks..get batteries and candles prepared

You make me laugh with these power outage comments. There's not going to be that much snow (and I'm not speaking for mby as I know I"m not getting anything). October has really gotten under your skin. I can almost imagine you've developed an eye-tick. :)

Moneyshotmike can be such a Debbie downer. My power went out in Octosnow with 3-5" otg. I know this is a little different but I think there could be sporadic outages

You had leaves on the trees, Chris. I think the only reason anyone would lose power from this couple of inches is if someone skids their car into a pole.

I know, that's why I said this was different. And all i said was sporadic outages, never said snow related. Loophole!!

Will, gun to head for here?

There's plenty of trees with that have tiny leaves on them,,,and swollen buds add weight and there's many hundreds of thousands of broken branches dangling. There won't be major problems..but there will be more outages than normal
