I'd say 1-3" for you, 3-4" to your NW near like Norfolk and Salisbury. .25" qpf before 12z and after 12z it'll be tough to accumulate with the sun angle. Going down 91 I was actually disappointed with the foliage considering temps. At least in the HFD area, 1-3" with 3-5" in the hills would not be too detrimental.
