CT Rain
Noone excpet you condsiders BDR a SNE climo site. We've had that disco numerous times on here. Even earlier today we had it. Fail. There's absolutely no question that BDR is a SNE climo site. Just because it doesn't show up on BOX's website doesn't mean it's not.
CoastalWx
Man if we didn't have such fast flow, we probably would have a few Tip paste bombs on our hands. You can see how the pattern just wants to buckle and cutoff, but fast flow in the nrn tier is trying to go against it.
CT Rain
A little surprised okx has all rain even as far north as Danbury Yeah that's a fail. I could see no precip in DXR but all rain? come on.
Damage In Tolland
Fail. There's absolutely no question that BDR is a SNE climo site. Just because it doesn't show up on BOX's website doesn't mean it's not. It's in the OKX zone for a reason. Game, set ,match me
CT Rain
It's in the OKX zone for a reason. Game, set ,match me Southern VT, Berkshire and Litchfield County are now part of eastern New York based on that logic.
Damage In Tolland
Southern VT, Berkshire and Litchfield County are now part of eastern New York based on that logic. No, but their climate is more like that area..hence the reason they are in ALB zone
CoastalWx
Southern VT, Berkshire and Litchfield County are now part of eastern New York based on that logic. CT Rain
Don't forget ACK and EEN are all similar climate now because they are part of BOX. Yeah random forecast zone boundaries certainly weren't based on climo... rather based on distance from radar site lol.

Ginx snewx
I will gladly pay up if any site in SNE gets 2+ inches..but just to clarify..the original bet was for all 4 climo sites..but again..I will pay no matter who gets it I will stick up for you on this one, you did bet the 4 SNE sites we always use. A bet is a bet.
CT Rain
HVN is close..borderline ..GON is most def SNE climo Yeah your climo is more smilar to GON than HVN. I agree.

ctsnowstorm628
HVN is close..borderline ..GON is most def SNE climo HVN is pretty similar to GON. I'm smack dab in between and they're usually pretty close in almost all situations, except maybe some sea breeze instances. And if you consider GON as SNE, it's part of OKX lol
ORH_wxman
Yeah your climo is more smilar to GON than HVN. I agree. TOL is a magical place...their climo transforms to BDL climo in the warm season and ORH climo in the cold season. Only place in SNE that can do that. CoastalWx
Well a bet is a bet and he specified the 4 climo sites, but lets get back to why the bet was made. Kevin was so adamant about nobody in SNE seeing snow, he vowed that nobody would get greater than 2" in the 4 climo sites. So with that logic, surely areas like BDR would certainly not see snow. Now if they do, sure the bet is still not won by Will quite yet...but lets face it...that bet was lost for all intents and purposes. We tried to tell him that it looked like the pattern would change and the northeast could see troughing and a possibility of at least high elevation snow, but he insisted torch. Now, he wins either way because we know what he'll do for snow.
