Ed Lizard Posted March 26, 2012 Share Posted March 26, 2012 Checked the Wiki, it formed on the tail end of a strong El Nino that was rapidly weakening in June, and formed in the Caribbean from a remnant frontal trough that extended down from the Southeastern US.
