Jmister
Really surprised by the lack of discussion going on here! I mean we get more talk when there's the possibility of 1" of snow! A severe t-storm line is continuing to get better organized and will do so for several more hours. Jmister
Eh, yeah it looks pretty ragged now. I guess the earlier storms stabilized the region the storms are moving into. I was not around Sunday to enjoy the nasty boomers.

MAG5035
Lost power... AGAIN about 20 min ago. Just as I was about to make a decent post. Storm wasn't anything near Sunday's but with the same result.. Sigh. Anyways I was goin to say that I'd expect new convection to fire up in the sus valley and take advantage of a more complete daytime heating. canderson
lol, a co-worker of mine was talking about this saying yesterday at a barbeque. She's from Boston area, and never heard it. She loves it, actually. I think it's a total central PA thing but could be wrong. I grew up in Texas and we said it all the time there. Except there it was hotter than Satan's balls, not just ordinary balls like here.

MAG5035
Powers back, here's the latest culprit. This was one of the parts of town that got thrashed the most on Sunday, I'd be willing to bet stuff was weakened up a good bit from that and it only took this more typical thunderstorm to cause a couple more issues. Didn't really seem too ridiculous, I guess there was a couple half decent gusts but it wasn't out of the ordinary. Also mostly large and old trees in this lil area and the insides of alot of the stuff that fell resembled that one. This one was just up the street at the Bell Mansion. Storm damage from today and/or Sunday..not sure.
